Definition

一個古老的詞，意思相當於對單數對象說的「你的」。現在主要見於《聖經》、祈禱文、詩歌和較早的文學作品中。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

它通常和古英語代詞 'thou'、'thee' 一起出現。遇到元音開頭的詞時，古文裡常用 'thine' 而不是 'thy'（如 'thine eyes'，但 'thy hand'）。現代日常英語裡基本不用，除非你想營造聖經式、詩意或幽默的效果。
