Definition

脅威とは、人や動物、状況などによって危害が加えられる可能性や悪いことが起こるおそれのことです。直接的な発言や行動、または危険な状況から来ます。

「a threat to」「pose a threat」の形でよく使います。「脅威」は危険の原因や悪影響を及ぼすものにも使われ、「脅し」は直接的な警告や威圧で使います。
