シータはギリシャ文字の8番目の文字で、数学や科学で角度や特定の変数を表すのによく使われます。

'シータ'は主に数学や物理など学術的な場面で使われ、日常会話では用いられません。「シータ角」「シータ波」などの専門用語で使われます。
