「彼らを」「彼女たちを」「それらを」は、複数の人や物を動作や前置詞の目的語として指す時に使う代名詞です。

「彼らを」「彼女たちを」は目的語の時に使います（主語の場合は「彼ら」「彼女たち」）。人・物・動物に使えるけれど、状況によって男女や物で表現が異なります。
