Palabra que se usa antes de un sustantivo para indicar que es específico o conocido por el oyente.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Se usa para objetos o personas específicas conocidas tanto por el hablante como por el oyente. Es el único artículo definido en inglés y siempre se usa con sustantivos singulares y plurales. No confundir con 'a' o 'an', que son artículos indefinidos.
