Usage Notes (Portuguese (PT))
Usado formal e informalmente para expressar gratidão após alguém fazer algo bom. Comum com 'for' ("thanked her for her help") ou 'by' ("was thanked by the teacher"). Não deve ser confundido com 'welcome'. Muito usado ao relatar eventos passados.
