Disse algo oficialmente, especialmente em tribunal, para contar o que sabe ou acredita ser verdade. Geralmente usado quando alguém é testemunha.

Principalmente formal e legal. Usado para testemunhar em tribunal, mas também para afirmar que algo é verdade. Comum em: 'testemunhou em tribunal', 'testemunhou sob juramento'. Não é comum em linguagem informal.
