"Tenth" é usado para ordem (número ordinal, como 10º lugar) e para frações (uma de dez partes iguais, 1/10). Não se usa para contar objetos/pessoas (use "ten"). É comum em rankings ("tenth grade") e partilhas ("a tenth of the cake").
