'세입자'는 집주인(임대인)과 계약을 맺고 거주하는 사람. '세입자 권리', '임대차 계약' 등과 함께 자주 쓰임. IT에서 '테넌트' 그대로 표기할 수도 있음. 'tenet(신조)'와 혼동 주의.
