'말한다'는 정보를 전달하거나, 이야기를 하거나, 무언가를 명확히 보여주거나, 지시할 때 쓰입니다.

'말하다'는 다양한 상황에서 쓰이며, 'tell'은 주로 '누구에게'라는 객체가 필요합니다(예: 'tell me')—'say'와는 구별됩니다. 'tell a story', 'tell from/by'도 자주 사용됩니다.
