Definition

독수리나 매처럼 사냥하는 새들이 먹이를 잡거나 죽일 때 쓰는 뾰족하고 굽은 발톱을 말합니다.

주로 맹금류의 발톱에만 쓰이며, 일반 새나 동물의 발톱과는 구분됩니다. 'Sharp talons'는 '날카로운 발톱'입니다.
