Definition
Birinin mahkemeye ya da yasal bir işleme resmi olarak çağrılmasıdır. Bazen acil görev ya da harekete geçme çağrısı için de kullanılabilir.

Genellikle 'mahkeme tebligatı' gibi resmi ve hukuki durumlarda kullanılır, yalnızca isimdir. 'Summon' fiiliyle karıştırmayın. Bazen acil görev çağrısı anlamına da gelir.
