部下従属させる

Definition

部下は自分より地位が下の人、会社などで上司に従う人のことです。動詞の従属させるは、何かを他のものよりも下の立場に置く、重要度を下げる時に使います。

職場などでフォーマルに使います。人について使うと否定的な響きを持つことがあります。'assistant'（アシスタント）とは違い、上下関係を強く示します。

He is my subordinate at the company.

彼は会社で私の**部下**です。
