Definition
曲がっていたものや乱れていたものをまっすぐにしたり、整えたりすること。髪や姿勢、物や状況にも使われる。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
物理的なもの（髪、姿勢、線など）だけでなく、問題や状況を整える意味でも使います。「straightened up」は姿勢を正す、部屋を片付ける時によく使います。「修理」とは異なります。
