「ストーンド」は俗語で、特にマリファナなどのドラッグによって酔ってぼんやりしたりリラックスしたりしている状態を表します。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
必ずスラングで、とてもカジュアルな場面に使います。「get stoned」は「マリファナなどで酔う」という意味。フォーマルな場面には適しません。
