お金や物を人にあげたり使うことを嫌がる人のこと。特にお金に対してけちである様子。

'けち' はカジュアルで否定的な言葉です。主にお金について使われ、人への批判に使われがちです。安い（cheap）や安物（cheap goods）とは違い、人物にだけ使います。
