Definition

勇ましくて力強い馬のこと。物語や詩、昔話でよく使われる表現です。

「愛馬」「駿馬」は詩や物語、漫画などフォーマルまたはジョーク的文脈で使われます。日常会話では使いません。「頼れる乗り物」をユーモラスに表現することもあります。

The knight rode his steed into battle.

騎士は**愛馬**に乗って戦いに向かった。
