Stance 是指某人對某個問題的立場或看法，也可以指身體的站姿。

既可以指身體姿勢（多用於運動、武術等），也表示觀點或立場。常見用法有「take a stance on」（針對…表態）、「defensive stance」（防禦姿勢）。用於觀點時較 position 書面正式。
