Definition

ステージは、人々が演技やパフォーマンスを行うための高くなった場所です。また、物事の進行や発展の特定の段階を指すこともあります。

劇場や音楽の場では「ステージ」を使い、「on stage（ステージに立つ）」などで使います。進行状況には「段階」を用い、「early stage（初期段階）」などと使われます。
