キーキー鳴く悲鳴をあげる

Definition

長くて高い悲鳴のような音を出すこと。興奮、恐怖、痛みで使ったり、機械やブレーキの甲高い音にも使う。

'Squealing'は人（特に子ども）、動物（ブタ）、またはブレーキやタイヤなどの高い音にも使う。'squealing with delight'（喜びで叫ぶ）、'squealing brakes'（ブレーキの甲高い音）がよく使われる。フォーマルな場面ではあまり使わず、驚きや強い感情を示す。

The children started squealing when they saw the puppy.
