スペックは主に製品やシステムの技術的な仕様や詳細を指します。カジュアルな場面では眼鏡の意味でも使われます。

ITや工学では「specs」はほとんど「仕様」の意味。イギリス英語など口語でだけ「メガネ」の意味がある。例えば「tech specs」「meet the specs」などがよく使われる。
