へら

Definição

へらは、料理で食べ物をひっくり返したり、広げたり、すくい取ったりするのに使う、平らで幅の広い調理器具です。理科の実験で混ぜたりこそげたりする道具も指します。

主にキッチンで使うが、理科器具のこともある。「フライ返し」（炒め物・焼き物用）や「ゴムべら」（お菓子作り用）という具体的な種類もある。

Please hand me the spatula so I can flip the pancakes.
