Definition

「息子」の複数形。親に対する男の子の子供を指します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に家族について話す際に使います。「彼女の息子たち」のような文脈です。「サン（太陽）」と発音が似ていますが、意味が異なります。「children」は男女両方の子供を含みます。
