'스니커즈'는 미국식 표현이고, 영국에서는 '트레이너'도 사용합니다. '스니커즈를 신다', '한 켤레의 스니커즈', '새 스니커즈' 등과 같이 자주 씁니다. 공식적인 자리에는 적합하지 않습니다.
