「ひったくった」は何かを突然・力ずくで取ること。スラングでは、「完璧」「すごくオシャレ」といった褒め言葉にも使います。

動詞ではすばやく奪い取るときに使います。スラングでは、特にファッションやメイクで「完璧」「似合っている」と褒めるときに使います。「誘拐」の意味では普通使いません。
