Definition
Passado de 'smack': bater em alguém ou algo com a mão aberta ou objeto plano, normalmente produzindo um som forte. Também pode referir-se a fazer um ruído alto de pancada.
Usage Notes (Portuguese (PT))
Informal; usado para chapadas no rosto, castigo de criança ou batida com mão aberta. Também serve para sons fortes ('the ball smacked the wall'). Não se usa para murros.
