切りつけるスラッシュ (/)（記号）

Definition

鋭いもので素早く強く切りつけること。また、文章やコンピューターで使う「/」という記号。

動詞の場合は主にストーリーやケガの描写で「強く切る」場面に使い、名詞だとIT用語でスラッシュ記号の意味。'slash prices'（値下げ）や 'backslash'（\）と混同しないよう注意。

The sword can easily slash through the ropes.
