穿在腳上的長而平的裝備，讓人在雪地上滑行，通常用於滑雪運動。

在英語裡指一雙裝備時通常用複數 'skis'，常說 'a pair of skis'。說 'wear skis'（穿滑雪板），不用 'use skis'。'Skiing' 是運動，'skis' 是裝備。
