スケーターとは、アイススケート、ローラースケート、スケートボードなどで滑る人のことです。スポーツやレジャー、競技として行います。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

ストリートカルチャーでは「スケーター」は主にスケートボーダーを指します。フィギュアスケート選手やスピードスケート選手の場合は「フィギュアスケーター」「スピードスケーター」と区別して使います。
