特定の場所や位置にあること。主に地理的な場所や建物などに使う表現。

形式的で説明的な表現で、不動産や旅行案内、地図によく使われる。「人」にはあまり使わない。'situated in/on/at'の形でよく使う。

The hotel is situated near the beach.

ホテルはビーチの近くに**位置しています**。

The school is situated on a quiet street.
