用來表示某事開始的時間並持續到現在，或用來解釋某事的原因。

在正式和非正式環境中都常用。經常與完成時態搭配使用（如 'has been'）。可以表示時間或原因（如 '自2010年以來'，'因為你離開'）。不要與表示持續時間的'for'混淆。

I have lived here since 2015.
