Definition

「側」は物の左右や端、または議論の対立する立場やメイン料理の付け合わせを指します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

位置表現でよく使われ、「両側」「側面に～」など。議論では対立する「両陣営」をさす。レストランでは付け合わせを指し、‘side menu’や‘サイド’と表現。

Examples
