كلمة 'shoved' غير رسمية وغالباً تُستخدم للدلالة على التصرف الخشن أو غير اللطيف. شائعة في عبارات مثل 'shove someone'، 'shove it into'، أو 'get shoved'. أقل تهذيباً من 'push' ويمكن استعمالها بشكل مجازي ('shoved aside').
