“short”的最高級；用來描述某事物或某人比同組中其他任何事物或人都更短、更矮或持續時間更短。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

用於三者或以上的比較，涵蓋長度、高度或時間。常與“the”一起用（the shortest）。對於最少的抽象概念需用“the least”而非“the shortest”。
