先令是某些國家（如肯亞、烏幹達和坦尚尼亞）使用的貨幣單位，英國過去也曾使用。歷史上，英國的一個先令相當於一英鎊的1/20。

「先令」主要用於東非國家的貨幣名稱，英國現在已不再使用，只在歷史或小說中出現。不要與英文動詞「shill」混淆，含義完全不同。
