Definition
Shears 是用來剪布、植物或金屬等物品的大剪刀。比一般剪刀堅固，刀刃通常更長。

英文裡「shears」總是用複數。常見如「garden shears」（園藝剪）、「hedge shears」（修籬剪）。用於剪較堅硬的東西，不剪普通紙張。不說「a shear」。
