「沙阿」是伊朗（以前稱為波斯）國王的稱號，特別指1979年革命前的統治者。專指波斯帝王。

「沙阿」是伊朗歷史上的正式稱號，主要用於討論伊朗史。現代其他國家或領袖很少用此詞。不要和「酋長」（阿拉伯領袖）混淆。複數為「shahs」。
