Definition

六番目の次で八番目の前に来る順番。また、七つに分けたうちのひとつを指すこともあります。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に名詞の前で順序を表す時（『七番目の日』など）に使います。『７分の１』という分数の意味は日常会話ではあまり使いません。
