送る送信する

Definition

人や物を別の場所に移動させること。メールやメッセージを送る場合にも使います。

「send a message」「send an email」「send someone home」などの表現でよく使われる。「give」よりも移動や伝達の意味が強い。また、「That joke sent me」のように強い感情を表す場合もある。

She sends me a text every day.

彼女は毎日私にメッセージを**送る**。

The school sends the report by email.

学校はレポートをメールで**送信する**。

He sends his son to music class on Saturdays.

彼は息子を毎週土曜日に音楽教室に**送る**。

My boss always sends emails late at night.
