船やボートに乗ったとき、揺れで気分が悪くなったり吐き気を感じたりすること。

『船酔い』は船など水上の乗り物特有の症状です。「get seasick」は「船酔いになる」、「feel seasick」は「船酔いを感じる」となり、車や飛行機の酔い（『車酔い』『飛行機酔い』）とは異なります。
