정직하지 못하거나 나쁜 의도로 행동하는 사람들. 농담으로 쓰이기도 하고, 실제로 나쁜 사람을 가리킬 수도 있다.

‘악당’은 다소 옛스러운 느낌이나 농담에도 쓰임. '범죄자'보단 약하고 '장난꾸러기'보단 더 정식.
