Definition

シュニッツェルは、牛肉や豚肉、鶏肉など薄くスライスした肉にパン粉をまぶして揚げた料理です。ドイツやオーストリアの伝統的な料理です。

「シュニッツェル」はそのまま使うことが多く、「チキンシュニッツェル」や「ウィーナーシュニッツェル」と呼ぶ場合もあります。レストランのメニューなどで見かけます。
