Definition

計画とは、ある目的のために組織立てて作られたプランや仕組みのことです。公的プログラムにも、秘密や不正な企みにも使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

'scheme'はイギリス英語では中立的（例：pension scheme）、アメリカ英語では否定的（例：secret scheme）な響きがあります。他の『plan』より不正や裏の意味が含まれることも。
