어떤 것이 충분하지 않고 구하기 어려울 때 사용합니다. 주로 자원이나 시간 등에 쓰입니다.

주로 학술적이거나 공식적인 글에서 많이 사용합니다. 물, 자원, 시간 등 '희귀한', '부족한' 상황에서 쓰며 사람에게는 쓰지 않습니다.
