替罪羊是指被他人冤枉地歸咎問題或過錯的人,通常是為了轉移注意力或責任。

在正式和非正式場合都常用,特別用於工作、學校或政治中被推卸責任的人,既可指個人也可指羣體。「替罪羊」特指背負別人責任被怪罪的人,不等同於「受害者」。
