Neşter, doktorlar veya cerrahlar tarafından ameliyat ya da tıbbi işlemlerde hassas kesiler yapmak için kullanılan çok keskin ve küçük bir bıçaktır.

'Neşter' terimi tıbbi alanlarda ve cerrahi işlemlerde kullanılır; sıradan bıçaklar için kullanılmaz. 'Cerrahi neşter' ifadesi sıkça geçer.
