船乗りとは、船やボートで働く人、特に海で働く人のことです。また、船を操縦できる人も指します。

「船乗り」は海で働く人に多く使われます。軍隊では海軍の一員を指すことも。'キャプテン'（船長）や'漁師'（魚をとる人）とは別です。
