鞍は、馬や同様の動物に乗るために置く座席です。自転車やバイクの座席を指す場合もあります。

「鞍」は主に馬用だが、自転車やバイクでは「サドル」も使う。動詞として「saddle someone with」は「負担を押し付ける」という意味になる。
