產生新生命或複製物品的過程；既可以指生物繁殖，也可以指物品、作品的仿製或複製。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))
這是生物學（生物繁殖）和藝術（複製品）裡的常用學術詞。"sexual reproduction"（有性繁殖）為兩性，"asexual reproduction"（無性繁殖）為單一生物。藝術中指複製品，不是原作。別與“production”（生產、製作）混淆。
