改装やリノベーションとは、建物や部屋を修理したり、最新の状態にするために行う変更や改善のことです。

複数形で使われることが多く、'home renovations' や 'kitchen renovations' などでよく見かけます。単なる掃除や模様替えではなく、建物の実際の改修を指します。
